Hey, so you remember Jennifer's call about the date nearly a week ago? She said it was February 8th then so you know that today is February 14th, which you know is a holiday in some countries in the world a lot of us are somewhat familiar with. How it's celebrated really isn't all that important, but it's a holiday designated for love--[ The word is spoken in the only form a tsundere can say it in. ]--so I was honestly expecting this thing here to buzz with a billion love confessions.

[ But enough about her poor love life. ]

As a sign of gratitude for reminding you of the holiday, I'd like to hear your opinions on Miss Beth Yao. A number of you have met her and have been told things about her, haven't you? Consider me curious as to your opinions on her. [ A rare, once in a lifetime opportunity for Rin to give a damn about someone's opinion. Grasp it while you can. ] Surely you have to have something in mind after all we've gone through, right? Well, let's hear it. I don't really have all day to sit around waiting on this stupid phone to entertain me, so be prompt with your replies.

[ For those who do know her, a new scar can be seen creeping out from her turtleneck sweater along her neck. She's done her best to cover it up by wearing this outfit of choice, but maybe she underestimates the phone's camera or just doesn't seem to care about it. ]

[ Those are definitely holidays she's never heard of. Pausing, she tries to think on when they might be exactly. ]

Well, let's think on it. On those days, are there specific events taking place? For example, for the holiday for the light and hope, is it during a solar eclipse or something identical? Is it warm and sunny or cold with orange leaves falling everywhere?

It's observed when the planet you're currently on's solar system is in alignment with the two superplanets where the Pooka keep the piece of the light in that galaxy. It isn't often on home planet in someone's lifetime, though traveling to the nearest planet that is close to yours when theirs is is perfectly acceptable.

They've been trying to get it on a standard date but it's... well tradition is what it is for a reason.

Several. In my world, there are different countries with their own cultures and as a result some have more holidays than others. Sometimes they are to honor the dead or to celebrate the birth of a religious figure... sometimes they're just reasons to splurge on gifts for your loved ones.
